I first bought my first property at Capalaba 11 years ago. Lawrence Acaster was the selling agent. Lawrence maintained contact throughout the years and when the time came to rent out my property I would turn to Lawrence and Ray White Capalaba. Last year I decided to sell my property and although many other agents has approached me, I had no doubt in my my mind who I would go with. Throughout the process, I felt at ease and completely trust Lawrence capability and integrity. The sell was a huge success. My respect for Lawrence is more than just a capable and professional real estate agent. We recently caught up for lunch, I wanted to show my appreciation to Lawrence with everything that he had done for me. I am currently on a good patch in my life and my relationship with Lawrence contributed in part to that.

Being the first time selling a property for me was daunting, but Lawrence was both friendly and professional and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Ray White Capalaba managed a rental property that I was living in and Samantha Moir has always been excellent to deal with. One of the best property managers around. Samantha has always treated me with decency and respect and it has been sincerely appreciated. It is rare in my experience to find such a decent property manager.

I had been a tenant with this company for a number of years. I recently had to quit lease under dv clause. Samantha Moir my property manager was very kind and empathetic to my situation. She handled my exit with compassion and professionalism. She is a pleasure to deal with and has always responded to repair needs in a timely and appropriate manner. My only regret re leaving is that it’s hard to find great estate agents sometimes and I wish I could have stayed with her as my property manager but circumstances dictated that I relocate elsewhere.

Lawrence made selling our property by auction seamless. He was clear and honest with us every step of the way and I trusted him absolutely. He worked hard. When we had questions he answered them promptly. When we needed it, he gave us space to figure things out. The auctioneer that Lawrence works with is also an absolute gem and they make a fabulous team in prep and on the day!
He certainly knew acreage properties and was readily conversant on a number of aspects, displaying his market knowledge.
He was highly professional and was also able to have a sense of humour and enjoy some laughter with us all, which is refreshing and very helpful in what could have been a stressful time.
