I had been a tenant with this company for a number of years. I recently had to quit lease under dv clause. Samantha Moir my property manager was very kind and empathetic to my situation. She handled my exit with compassion and professionalism. She is a pleasure to deal with and has always responded to repair needs in a timely and appropriate manner. My only regret re leaving is that it’s hard to find great estate agents sometimes and I wish I could have stayed with her as my property manager but circumstances dictated that I relocate elsewhere.
